What is your returns policy?

  • Items have 14 days to be returned from the receipt date
  • Items cannot be returned if they have been worn or washed
  • All original tags attached
  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has NOT been removed


Can my item be returned for refund or exchange?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily offer a full item refund. Unfortunately we dont offer an exchange service, you will have to return your item and purchase again.


How long after my purchase can I make a return?

UK orders are able to return unsuitable items 14 days from the receipt date. All international orders have 30 days from the receipt date to return all unsuitable items. Please return all items in their original packaging.


We highly recommend returning your items via recorded delivery as unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.


Can I return item if it has become dirty while trying on?

Unfortunately, we can only accept returned items in the brand-new condition they were received in.


How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all returns as soon as possible, but this may take up to 21 days for our team to process your refund after your item(s) have been received by us. If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days please contact us with postage information.


Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email from us confirming this. All refund payments will be debited back the same way the payment was received. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for any payment to show in your account, this will depend on your card issuer.


How do I send my item back?

Once you have packaged the item your returning back into its original packaging, please tape bag up carefully and write our returns address on the front.

We highly recommend that you use tracked and recorded service that insures the value of goods and provides a signature on delivery. As we are currently not offering free returns, it is of the customers responsibility to send their item(s) back to us. Please keep a copy of your receipt.


I have received faulty products?

We are truly sorry to hear this. On the rare occasion you receive a faulty item from us please return it to us within 30 days from the receipt date. Please contact our customer service team before returning the item so we can fix this for you.


Can I receive my shipping fees back?

Unfortunately, we regret to have to inform you that any original or return shipping fees are non-refundable. If we have made a mistake with your order, then all shipping costs will be refunded.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible. To ensure the best customer service to every customer, we prefer to deal on case to case basis.


I want to cancel my Order?

Any item purchased from Label Eleven under the United Kingdom’s selling regulations act holds the right to be cancelled.

Order cancellations must be made within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
